The hot springs bath and the breakfast offered at the hotel were really good and fulfilling. , the room size was adequate for a solo traveler and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located in a quiet area with little entertainment or food options nearby, especially during the New Year season when most places were closed. the hotel's Wi-Fi connection was not stable and kept disconnecting frequently, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Located near the tram station and within walking distance to many tourist locations, this hotel is in the perfect location. the rooms are cozy but the bathroom is super clean. the staff is polite and accommodating, and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant is stunning. there is an onsen for the guests to use.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was a great decision. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast, which was super nice and had a lot of different options. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. Additionally, the location was perfect as it allowed us to easily access many amenities close by, such as shops and restaurants.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of things that could have been better. Firstly, the parking was quite confusing and limited. We had a difficult time finding a spot to park our car, and once we did, we had to leave the keys with the staff just in case they had to move it. This took a bit of getting used to. Secondly, the shower area was a bit small, which made it hard to move around comfortably. Nonetheless, overall our experience was positive and we had a great stay.
